A company is looking for a Retailer Success Manager, Strategic Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison for enterprise managed services clients, ensuring exceptional service and alignment with their business objectives
Plan and schedule retail clients' promotional video messaging and paid ads while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Maintain accurate records of client broadcast breakouts and ad revenue reporting, while addressing client needs and resolving issues
Required Qualifications
High proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Understanding of the digital media and advertising landscape, particularly DOOH or video
3+ years of experience in account management or client service support
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software is a strong plus
