ECE Integrated Masters Program Coordinator

Manage and coordinate all aspects of the ECE Integrated Masters program, including admissions, advising, and administrative support for students, staff, and faculty in the program. Oversee graduate student ambassador and advisory programs, including GREECE and other programs. Manage and coordinate the ECE Next Program; coordinate seminars, admissions and recruitment, workshops, and 8 week research summer program. Manage all stipends for students in the ECE Next Program and coordinate travel for students. Manage and coordinate the ECE Partner Program; provide biweekly check-ins with all Partner mentors; coordinate information sessions, trainings, seminars; maintain and oversee mentor and mentee applications for fall and spring; attend monthly university Actions that promote Community Transformation (ACT) meetings; participate in all graduate recruitment events; participate in ECE graduate Orientation. Organize and coordinate ECE academic job professional development events. Attend regular meetings with Director of Academics, ECE Next faculty, and ECE Partner faculty to provide status updates.
