We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Planning Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role supports strategic decision-making by delivering insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting across multiple entities and international operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment and is comfortable navigating complex organizational structures.

Key Responsibilities

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Assist in the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts across global business units.
  • Partner with business leaders to gather inputs and validate assumptions.

Financial Analysis

  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare variance analyses comparing actuals to budget / forecast.
  • Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports for internal stakeholders and PE sponsors.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, including board and investor presentations.
  • Modeling

  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support M&A activity with financial due diligence and integration planning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Accounting, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data.
  • Support ERP and system implementations or enhancements as needed.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance.
  • Experience in a multi-entity, international environment preferred.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
