Early Childhood Aide

As an Early Childhood Aide with Crystal's Cuddle Bugs, you will work with children ages newborn through school-age and care for their supervision and care needs. This fun position offers a flexible work environment in a variety of classrooms. As an Early Childhood Aide, you will help our adorable group of Cuddle Bugs reach age-appropriate milestones of growth and development. Early Childhood Aide will be supported by lead staff in the classroom. Ensuring safety and supervision as well as classroom management is top priority. Early Childhood Aides who show initiative, care, and energy are frequently promoted to teaching positions. Wages for all positions at Cuddle Bugs are based on experience, education, and performance. Wage range listed will vary depending on these factors. Full-time aides with no experience or education in childcare field typically start in the range of $16.69 - $17.12 hourly.

Early Childhood Aide can choose from a 5-day 8-hour week or a 4-day 10-hour week. Flexible hours and days to meet your needs. Full-time, 40 hours weekly is desired, but we also offer part-time positions; wages vary for part-time.

Schedules at Cuddle Bugs can be somewhat flexible to fit your needs. A typical full-time schedule might look like 8-hour days M-F or 10-hour days 4 days a week M-F. Inquire with our leadership team to see if we can tailor a schedule that works best for you.
