Job Description : WBN Certified Professionals work full-time (40 hours / week) as self-employed from their homes, helping businesses in the US with their administrative needs. WBN CPs work Monday through Friday during US business hours. We are searching for ambitious, top-talented self-employed who are driven to succeed by providing long-term virtual assistant skills to the companies they serve. As a WBN CP, you will have the privilege of assisting with a variety of common processes and tasks necessary to keep your client's business running smoothly. The salary starts at $1125 per month.

While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include but not be limited to :

• Coordinate and schedule transportation for goods and products.
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery.
• Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status.
• Resolve any issues or delays in transportation.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, schedules, and inventory.
• Optimize routes and logistics processes to improve efficiency.
• Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
