Your Responsibilities :

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to include : bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Transfer residents to and from activities-serve meals to residents in the dining room.
• Record and report any changes in residents condition including eating habits to nurse on duty or supervisor.
• Promote quality services within the company, state, and federal regulations-other duties may be assigned or required for the performance of this position.
