[job_card.job_description]Work 10-hour shifts : 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 30 PM or 6 : 30 AM to 3 : 00 AM Every other weekend requirement Call responsibilities : Monday-Friday 9 : 00 PM to 6 : 30 AM (9.5 hours) and Saturday / Sunday 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM (24 hours) May float to cover imaging / X-ray areas Work in trauma center environment performing brain, head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, maxillofacial, soft tissue neck, lower and upper extremities, spine imaging Perform stroke protocol, CT pulmonary, CTA-angio, and CT urogram studies Average 100 scans / studies per day Operate GE VCCT 64 Lightspeed and GE Revolution equipment Work with 2 scanners / rooms in the department Start IVs as required Use Cerner EMR and PACS systems Required certifications : BLS, Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT) Verification, Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R) Verification, Fluoroscopy Department-specific orientation provided Radiologist available in-house Referral bonus
