Salary Range : $83,200.00 - $93,184.00

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Professional Nurse to join our Hematology / Oncology team. In this role, you will assess, coordinate, plan, direct, implement, and manage the healthcare needs of assigned patients, ensuring they receive outstanding care throughout their hospital stay.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Delivering and coordinating patient care in collaboration with the caregiving team.
• Focusing on patient progress towards discharge.
• Ensuring a smooth transition during various stages of acute care.
• Providing empathetic and competent care to patients and their families.
• Communicating effectively with referring facilities, hospital staff, and community resources.
