A company is looking for a Banking Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls from clients and financial institutions regarding banking services
Ensure adherence to call procedures and provide accurate information to customer inquiries
Maintain a high level of accuracy when addressing customer concerns
Required Qualifications
Banking experience is a must
Experience in a high-volume call center environment
Ability to work flexible rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
Completion of a 3-4 weeks paid training program
Must be able to work without taking leaves during training
