Security Officer - Amusement Center

As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol the retail and mall location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a welcoming presence for guests. You will conduct regular patrols throughout the area, remain highly visible, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture. Sat 01 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
  • Help to deter unwanted activity by conducting regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business interior and the surrounding perimeter.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help maintain a secure environment for guests, employees, and property.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, employees, and emergency responders as circumstances require.
  • Document observations and incidents as required by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
  • Remain alert to potential hazards or suspicious activity and report observations promptly to the appropriate personnel.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
