Project Executive $200K $265K + Guaranteed Bonus + Full Benefits

A family owned, large scale general contractor with a strong reputation across DFW is seeking a Project Executive to join their leadership team. The firm is known for its clearly defined culture, values driven leadership, and commitment to building a legacy business. Their CEO remains actively involved in operations and is highly regarded for fostering a collaborative, communicative, and supportive environment.

The company understands the demands of major commercial construction and ensures its senior leaders are well compensated and well supported. Project Portfolio

All projects are based in the DFW area and include :

  • $100M+ ground up developments
  • 300+ unit large-scale commercial work
  • High-rise towers, hotels, office buildings, and mixed-use developments
  • Full exterior and interior scopes

Ideal Candidate Profile

They are looking for a seasoned construction leader with :

  • Proven experience delivering large scale commercial ground up projects
  • A track record managing $100M+ developments and 300+ unit projects
  • Experience across high rise, hospitality, office, and mixed - use sectors
  • Strong understanding of tilt up, complex structural systems, and full lifecycle project oversight
  • Ground up experience is essential; renovation only backgrounds are not a fit

    • Compensation & Executive Package

  • Guaranteed annual bonus (not performance dependent)
  • Auto allowance or company vehicle ($1,000 / month)
