About the Role:
Join Forrester Homecare LLC as a Homehealth LPN in beautiful Broward County, FL! We are looking for compassionate and dedicated licensed practical nurses to provide exceptional care to our patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs and health status.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health or related nursing field.
• Strong understanding of patient care and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
