About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with AAS Locum Tenens to find a qualified Family Practice MD in Decatur, Georgia, 30031!

We

are seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our innovative care

team in Decatur, GA. Deliver whole-person care in 20 to 60 minute

appointments, supported by a health coach and care team, focusing on high

engagement, managed care, and culture transformation to reduce costly service

utilization and improve overall health outcomes.

Position

Highlights : See 10-15

patients daily in longer, meaningful appointments. Collaborative, team-based

approach with health coaching support. Focus on proactive, value-based care

Compensation

& Benefits : Salary :

$238,000 - $350,000 + bonus eligibility

Requirements : MD

or DO degree with completed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency

(Family Medicine preferred)

Board

Certified by ABMS (ABFM / ABIM) or AOA

least 3 years of primary care experience

valid medical license and DEA number

Proficiency

with EMR systems (NextGen preferred), coding, and Medicare Advantage / HCC

documentation

Experience

with Google Workspace and team-based care
