SUMMARY

The Contracts Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our utility-scale solar Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) company, overseeing the management and coordination of prime EPC contracts with our clients. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution and compliance of contractual obligations. The Contracts Coordinator will support efforts in contract coordination, internal reviews, and establishing efficient workflows to meet project timelines. Additionally, they will support managing contract templates, collaboration tools, and facilitating effective communication with clients. This position reports to the Director of Preconstruction Operations, or another management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate. . This position is Hybrid located in Ankeny, IA office 3 days per week and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm or 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm local time. As necessary, you may be required to work overtime and on weekends. This position is expected to travel up to 10%.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prime EPC Contract Management

Support the management and coordination of prime EPC contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.

Coordinate internal reviews and workflows of all contract exhibits, liaising with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, project management, procurement, module sales, and engineering.

Manage contract exhibit templates, ensuring they are up-to-date, compliant with legal standards, and reflect best practices in the industry.

Track contractual risks, working closely with legal counsel and project teams to address potential issues and ensure project success.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards throughout the contract lifecycle.

Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

EXAMPLES OF PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Able to climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, stairways, etc.

Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at elevated heights as well as in confined spaces (towers, vessels, excavations, etc.)

Able to walk or move continuously while carrying 50 lbs. of tools and / or materials. It is recommended to get assistance to lift items over 50 lbs. Check with your project supervisor or project safety director.

Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time

Must be able to work extended hours on your feet on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, asphalt, mud, gravel, etc.) Full range of motion and flexibility consistent with requirements of the job duties.
