What You’ll Get to Do

Own key components of the full accounting cycle including AP / AR, journal entries, GL management, invoicing, and financial reporting

Support payroll processes and ensure compliance across state and federal standards

Partner closely with the VP of Finance and senior accounting team members on daily operations and special projects

Train peers and contribute to team development as new processes and system enhancements roll out

Leverage and learn internal ERP system—using technology to drive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency

Identify automation opportunities and help streamline workflows across accounting, HR, and payroll

What Makes You a Great Fit

Required

5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Strong ERP proficiency and a genuine interest in technology

Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Flexible, adaptable, and motivated to grow as the role evolves

Preferred

Prior public accounting experience

AP / AR, reconciliation, and journal entry expertise

Exposure to FP&A or hybrid accounting / finance roles

A growth mindset with interest in becoming a senior leader in the future
