Key Responsibilities
Provide operational and analytical support for SES and senior-level personnel programs, ensuring compliance with relevant policies
Assist with executive staffing actions, onboarding, offboarding, and performance management activities
Research federal policies and analyze executive workforce data to inform program decisions and prepare related documentation
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in management analysis with emphasis on executive resources
Strong experience in resource allocation and strategic planning
Proven analytical skills for assessing executive resource needs
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
