Sales Lead / Manager

Title : Sales Manager (Remote)

Travel : 50-60% within the US (this includes a site visit to our headquarters approx. 1-3x at most per quarter in Ft. Wayne, IN.)

Industry : Industrial Distribution - Sealing Products (Gaskets, O-Rings, Custom Sealing Solutions); Fluid Power, Oil & Gas (we are seeking someone ideally with industry experience)

This person will be bringing in new clients across the US. This person will not oversee or manage anyone.

Position Overview

We are seeking a strong sales candidate who will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs. This position involves working closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support throughout the entire sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful implementation of our products in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the industrial sector.
  • Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions for OEM clients.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals and documentation as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales engineering or a related technical sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the industrial sector and OEM market.
  • Demonstrated ability in new business development and full sales cycle management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
