Solutions Architect

A company is looking for a UKG Solution Architect- Digital and Technology Partners.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and implement organization-wide information systems and technologies

Oversee a team responsible for application design, development, testing, and support

Drive innovation and establish departmental policies to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and / or Information Systems; Master's preferred

10+ years of experience in building user-adopted solutions, including three solutions for over 10K users

5+ years of experience in workforce management and productivity solutions

5 years of progressive information systems management experience, preferably in healthcare

Experience in developing SaaS solutions and stakeholder management
