Job Posting : X-Ray Technician (Travel Assignment) Location : Morristown, NJ 07960 Assignment Length : 13 Weeks Bill Rate : $60-65.00 / hr Schedule : Monday Friday, 7 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM and 3pm-11pm Monday Friday, every other weekend Additional : Every other weekend call required Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality radiographic examinations following physician orders and departmental protocols. Position patients accurately to ensure optimal imaging and minimal radiation exposure. Operate radiology equipment, ensuring proper safety and maintenance standards. Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare staff to deliver efficient diagnostic services. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation in the imaging system. Follow all regulatory and safety guidelines, including radiation protection standards. Participate in on-call rotation every other weekend as required. Qualifications Certified X-Ray Technician or ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist - Required Minimum 1 year of recent X-Ray Tech experience - Preferred Experience in hospital or diagnostic imaging settings Strong knowledge of radiology equipment, safety practices, and imaging procedures Ability to work independently and manage multiple patients in a shift Excellent communication and patient-care skills
