Assistant Manager
Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Kirkwood, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include :
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness
- Lead, motivate, and train team members to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive work environment
- Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to maximize profitability
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in scheduling and managing staff to meet business needs
- Support the Store Manager in implementing marketing initiatives and promotional activities
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improving store performance
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment for both customers and employees
- Participate in hands-on food preparation and delivery operations as needed
