Core responsibilities

• Direct the corporate accounting cycle, including general ledger maintenance, critical reconciliations, and reporting timelines.
• Lead the financial reporting process, delivering insightful analysis on results and performance metrics.
• Strengthen and standardize accounting policies and internal controls to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Drive continuous process improvements, system enhancements, and automation efforts to increase efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including business unit leaders, to ensure accurate financial data and alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee complex, ad-hoc accounting initiatives related to capital projects and special transactions.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to a team of finance professionals.
