Job Summary

Our firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate Attorney to join our fast-paced and dynamic practice. The ideal candidate will have experience and a strong interest in a diverse range of business-related legal matters. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship from senior partners, and manage complex cases and transactions across multiple practice areas.

Key responsibilities

• Real estate : Assist in commercial and residential real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, title and survey reviews, and conducting due diligence.
• Contracts and leases : Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of business contracts, commercial leases, and other related agreements for clients.
• Corporate and business formation : Counsel clients on entity formation (LLCs, corporations, etc.), corporate governance, and compliance matters.
• Business litigation : Support the litigation team by conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing for depositions, and assisting in all phases of the litigation process.
• Client communication : Interact directly with clients to provide case updates, answer questions, and manage expectations under the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Legal research and writing : Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare memorandums, reports, and other legal documents to support cases and transactions.
