A company is looking for a Stay Smart Coach to drive financial results for automotive service departments through coaching and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver proactive coaching and strategic support to service departments using the Stay Smart coaching methodology
Train service and fixed ops leadership teams on effective utilization of software tools to track performance and identify revenue opportunities
Maintain detailed notes in CRM systems to track coaching progress and collaborate with Sales and Product teams for client expansion
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in automotive Fixed Operations, with previous service manager experience preferred
Deep understanding of dealership service operations, including labor rate strategies and performance metrics
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven insights presentation
Proven ability to train and influence service managers and dealership leadership
Experience using CRM and coaching tools to manage client interactions
