Private Caregiver

About the Role:

We’re hiring compassionate, reliable caregivers to provide personalized support that helps seniors stay safe, comfortable, and engaged in daily life. As a member of our Right at Home team, you’ll be a vital part of helping clients maintain their routines and independence.

Description:

Your work may include assistance with bathing, dressing, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. You’ll also observe and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to ensure they receive the best care possible.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Support clients with meal prep, medication reminders, and mobility

• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support

• Maintain a clean and safe home environment

• Accurately document care activities and client updates

Qualifications:

• Compassionate and dependable with a genuine desire to help others

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred

• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients as needed

• Must pass background screening

• Prior caregiving experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right individuals
