Role and Responsibilities :
Review Data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check output
Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of information to prepare source data for entry into billing applications
Research and obtain further information for incomplete / incorrect entry
Support Operations teams with daily tasks. May enter data into formatted or unformatted screens and / or documents. Performs routine data entry functions and assists with simple formatting tasks following established policies. Works under immediate supervision.
Quals
An entry-level clerical support position requiring familiarity with data entry and keyboard functions.
Passion for data.
Ability to prioritize projects and ad-hoc requests.
Excellent attention to detail.
Spreadsheet experience.
Experience with billing systems / applications
Tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to adapt to a quickly changing business environment
