Applewood is seeking an experienced and engaging Training Manager to lead the development delivery and continuous improvement of training programs across the organization. This role plays a key part in onboarding new employees reinforcing company standards and ensuring our teams are prepared confident and aligned.

Training Responsibilities :
Design develop and deliver training programs for technicians and staffLead onboarding and initial training for new technicians during their first monthPrepare for and lead technician meetings as needed including agenda planning materials presentations and follow-upIdentify training needs and collaborate with subject-matter expertsCreate and maintain consistent training documentation materials and curriculaDevelop and administer pre and post training assessments by trade and roleMonitor employee progress following training and provide coaching or feedback as neededTrack participation and effectiveness of training programsPrepare and share training-related updates and insights with leadershipPerformance & Standards Support :
Partner with leadership to reinforce company standards procedures and best practicesLeverage down time as a proactive self-starter to streamline processes and drive operational improvementIdentify recurring knowledge gaps or execution issues and address them through trainingSupport operational teams by improving consistency communication and preparedness through educationThe Requirements :
Strong organizational administrative and planning skills5 years experience designing implementing and refining training curriculumSkilled in execution of content delivery best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident professional and approachable presenceAbility to lead groups facilitate discussions and manage meetings effectivelyStrong follow-through and attention to detailBachelors degree requiredMust be able to pass a drug screeningTeaching license a plusSchedule :
