A company is looking for a Recruiter - Manufacturing (Fluent in English AND Canadian French).

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience within manufacturing or industrial sectors

Fluent in English and Canadian French (written and spoken)

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Workday experience is a major plus
