Game Day Operations Crew

Reports to : Director of Operations

Compensation : $17.75 per hour

This is a Seasonal Position : Our season will run from January 2026 to May 2026

Role and Responsibilities

The Game Day Operations Crew is responsible for a number of crucial tasks throughout the San Diego Mojo Game Day - supporting nearly every department from marketing to the coaches and players! You will get a comprehensive introduction to the inner workings of a professional sports organization through the following tasks on a rotational basis :

• Prepare locker rooms and benches for home and visiting teams at Viejas Arena
• Set up & break down sponsorship and sales signage and supplies
• Participate in our hype-squad and maintain high energy fan service
• Organize and distribute promotional materials to fans
• Inventory management
• Credentialing & press management
• Fan engagement set up during halftime, breaks, and t-shirt tosses
• Volleyball floor mopping
• Volleyball shagging
• Manage player autographs, fan photos, and meet & greets
• Assist with special events, like group hospitality and season member parties
• Set up & break down partner booths
