[job_card.job_description]Self-Scheduled : Enjoy flexibility with scheduling Shift : 3rd Shift (7pm-7 : 30am) FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts) Scheduling Requirements : 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 Weekend every 6 weeks, plus 2 holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter) Deliver exceptional patient-centered care across different units. Adapt swiftly to varied workflows while ensuring clinical excellence. Coordinate with team members to ensure safe and effective patient care. Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience required (2 years preferred). Flexibility : Willingness to meet scheduling requirements in a 6-week period. Receive training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, with opportunities for Charge Nurse cross-training. Competitive Pay : Earn a base rate plus internal float differential.
