As we grow rapidly, we are looking for exceptional individuals to join us. The Associate Chief Medical Officer of Clinical Operations will lead and mentor Clinical Directors within their designated market, ensuring strong clinical outcomes and fostering a positive culture.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the performance and clinical outcomes of multiple centers, with regular on-site presence.
  • Manage, mentor, and facilitate the development of Clinical Directors and their teams.
  • Promote a positive physician culture aligned with ChenMed’s core values and service standards.
  • Assist with the recruitment and training of new medical practitioners.
  • Build relationships with payers, specialists, and community partners to enhance services.
  • Monitor market culture and address workplace concerns proactively.
  • Participate in monthly reviews of clinical metrics and lead quality improvement initiatives.

Desirable Qualities :

  • Strong clinical skills and experience in managed care systems.
  • Ability to drive engagement and develop talent within the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well with diverse groups.
  • Proficient in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Qualifications :

  • MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty required.
  • A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience; 3 years preferred.
  • Experience leading in a Medicare or Medicaid setting is strongly preferred.
  • Current, active medical license in the state of employment.
  • Track record of delivering outstanding clinical outcomes.
