CORE Physicians, affiliated with Exeter Hospital and Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician in Plaistow, NH.

Location :

  • 127 Plaistow Rd., Plaistow, NH (New, professional building)

About the Role :

  • 4-day clinical work week (32 clinical hours, 8 admin).
  • NextGen EMR (transitioning to EPIC in Oct 2025).
  • Diverse patient population (young to elderly).
  • 18 patients / day.
  • Team-based care (3 MDs, 3 NPs).
  • On-site lab, X-ray, LICSW, Rehab Services (PT / OT / Speech).
  • On site Orthopedics, Ob-Gyn and Cardiology.
  • Centralized support services (call center, referrals, medication refills / triage).
  • In-office RNs, MAs, and administrative staff.
  • Minimal call coverage.
  • Focus on quality and work-life balance.
