Warehouse Supervisor
This position is for a supervisor with warehouse or distribution center experience. Supervisors are responsible for the day-to-day supervision of hourly employees, ensuring that both customer service and internal measures are held to the highest standards.

The key responsibilities include :
- Promote superior customer service throughout the distribution center.
- Ensure departmental performance effectively meets customer demands and corporate goals.
- Limit amount of damages, shortages, mis-picks and billing errors.
- Measure and monitor department quality and production levels.
- Train and coach employees to achieve quality and production standards.
- Ensure staffing levels are maintained to provide superior customer service with minimal overtime and non-productive time.
- Promote teamwork and superior levels of achievement throughout the distribution center.
- Ensure that all equipment in the department is maintained in good working order through proper use and preventive maintenance.
- Allocate time efficiently, handle multiple tasks and complete priorities.
