A company is looking for a Projects Operation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team through effective onboarding, training, and performance management
Oversee project operations support and ensure compliance with client and internal requirements
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support project success
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in an Operations or PMO role, with at least 2 years in a management position
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience in construction management or real estate is preferred
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced Excel skills
Associate or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred
