What You’ll Do

Develop new business by identifying leads, making proactive outreach, and converting opportunities into long-term clients

Build lasting client relationships through personalized insurance reviews and exceptional service

Sell and cross-sell a diverse portfolio of products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance

Hit and exceed performance goals to drive personal and agency growth

Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, renewals, and client data

Stay current on product knowledge, state regulations, and Farmers best practices

Collaborate in a results-driven and supportive team environment

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (1+ years preferred)

Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills

Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals

A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and be coached

Exceptional time management and organizational abilities

Property & Casualty and / or Life & Health license (or ability to obtain promptly)

Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
