Human Resources Generalist

We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to join our team! In this role, you'll help align our business goals with our people strategy by supporting employees and managers across all departments. You'll be a trusted partner in maintaining a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering engagement and growth at every level of the organization.

What You'll Do

• Support the Sr. HR Generalist in resolving complex employee relations issues and conducting thorough, objective investigations.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and performance management.
• Help implement and maintain HR initiatives such as recognition programs, organizational development, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with leaders to strengthen communication, morale, productivity, and retention.
• Assist in interpreting employment laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Partner with the HR team to drive projects that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive company culture.
