Associates degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in general accounting; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good math and communication skills are required. Must be able to carry out simple instructions. Must have attention to detail. Must have computer skills - proficient in MS office, specifically Word & Excel.

Primary duties include :
- Performs accounts receivable and appropriate follow-up for all customers.
- Enter customer payments to update accounts receivable aging.
- Utilizes and maintains customer portals.
- Consistently follow up with customers on past due accounts.
- Assists with data entry of monthly journal entries.
- Assists with monthly accounting close and year-end audit.
- Performs special projects as required.
Duration / details :
The temporary position for 6 months, depending on the company projects. This is an in-person position. Work schedule is Monday-Thursday, 8 : 30am-5pm. You will be entitled to paid sick days under local statutory law.
