EB Pediatric Resources is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise both center-based ABA services in Lakeview East and Logan Square. Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and adjust treatment as needed
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and support high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development
  • Ensure ethical, evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making

    • Qualifications :

  • Current BCBA certification and Illinois state licensure
  • 1–3 years of ABA experience (preferred)
  • Experience supervising RBTs and leading clinical teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and client-centered care
