Role Overview and Qualifications
We are seeking a qualified individual who meets the following criteria :
Education : must be a graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine training program.Experience : at least two years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in a hospital environment.Certification : Must hold one of the following : ARRT (R), ARRT (N), ARRT (T), or NMTCB plus Medical Radiologic Technologist Certification from the Texas Department of Health.Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and manage the performance of assigned personnel, encouraging a productive workplace.Conduct meetings that inspire team collaboration and success while fostering a supportive atmosphere.Manage equipment service records and coordinate maintenances without disrupting patient care.Collaborate with management to facilitate effective communication across departments.Analyze relevant data to tackle issues and reach informed decisions.Utilize resources effectively to meet productivity targets.Additional Roles :
