Key Responsibilities
Advise leadership on strategy, planning, and execution related to revenue operations
Build and streamline an AI-powered GTM operating system to enhance revenue processes
Lead and grow a global RevOps organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
Proven success in driving revenue growth and scaling processes in high-growth organizations
Advanced expertise in GTM motions and proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools
Previous management experience in a RevOps or BizOps team, with a track record of mentoring teams
