Where You'll Make a Difference

• Act as the primary connection between the Business Unit (BU) and Global Supply / Operations, ensuring alignment on both short-term tactical needs and long-term strategic plans.
• Provide guidance and drive operational alignment with BU and related functional organizations through active participation in supervisory boards.
• Engage in strategic planning for capacity, manufacturing development, technology investments, footprint optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead risk management within the stage gate process (Process of Commercialization and Management of Change), ensuring accountability and representing supply / ops in reviews.
• Align and prioritize support for new product launches, cost optimization, supply reliability, inventory management, and quality improvements.
• Communicate BU vision and priorities to the supply organization and vice versa, fostering transparency and collaboration.
• Sponsor portfolio development initiatives, including product rationalization, cost gains, capacity and technology assessments, and contract manufacturing solutions.
• Enable effective implementation of cross-functional projects, providing active sponsorship and troubleshooting production and supply issues.
• Mentor and coach team members across operations and other functions to build organizational capabilities.
