J&R Schugel is Now Hiring CDL-A Company Truck Drivers!

\nEarn $74,000 - $90,000 per Year

  • $500 Onboarding Bonus

CDL-A Company Truck Driver Pay & Miles :

\n\n \n\t

  • Dry Van Drivers earn : $0.55 - $0.68 CPM

    • \n\t

  • Dry Van Drivers earn : $74,000 - $85,000 per year

    • \n\t

  • Refrigerated Drivers earn : $0.625 – $0.71 CPM

    • \n\t

  • Refrigerated Drivers earn : $78,000 - $90,000 per year

    • \n\t

  • Veterans earn an additional $0.01 CPM

    • \n\t

  • CDL-A drivers average 2,200 - 2,500+ miles per week

    • \n\t

  • $500 onboarding bonus
  • $1,000 vacation pay

    • \n\t

  • Bi-annual compensation reviews + unlimited referral incentives - $2,000 per driver

    • \n\t

  • Detention, layover & stop pay

    • \n \n\n

  • Depends on location & includes monthly performance sign-on pay during your first 6 months : $0.025 CPM (under 3 yrs exp.) or $0.05 CPM (3+ yrs exp.), based on miles & safe driving. Must be employed and in working status at payout. Bonuses are taxed as regular earnings.)

  • Estimated annual earnings based on an average of 2,500 miles per week, including performance incentives.)

    CDL-A Company Truck Driver Requirements :

  • Dry Van : \n\n\t \n\t\t

    • Valid CDL-A, 21+

    \n\t\t

  • 6 months of recent OTR or regional CDL-A experience in last 3 years

    • \n\t\t

  • Safe driving record

    • \n\t \n\t

    \n\t

  • Refrigerated : \n\t \n\t\t

    • Valid CDL-A, 21+

    \n\t\t

  • At least 1 year of experience preferred; 6 months minimum required

    • \n\t\t

  • Refrigerated experience

    • \n\t\t

  • Safe driving record
