Title : Senior Compensation Analyst
Salary : $130,000 to $190,000, Bonus eligible
Location : Greenwich, CT (Hybrid)
A rapidly growing global financial services company entering an exciting time for the business, is seeking to hire a key Senior Compensation Analyst to support the design and creation of various compensation plans, forecast models, and other incentive plan designs. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for administering compensation and equity plans while collaborating with tax, finance, legal and other business partners. Responsibilities :
Senior Compensation Analyst will include designing and creating compensation plans, forecast models, and ad hoc reports for Senior Management.Managing equity programs, valuations, returns, vesting, distributions, taxes, and other mechanics of the program.Administering compensation / equity plans, working with tax, finance, and legal counsel.Analyzing market data and benchmarking process to ensure overall program competitiveness.Managing distribution and collection of equity awards and ensuring equity data is properly tracked.Overseeing and managing equity redemptions including pre-certification for payments and working with accounting and payroll to ensure processing of payments.Collaborating with third-party compensation and equity management platforms.Partnering with business partners in HR and Tax to administer year-end bonus processes, equity partner activity and salary review.Tracking the deferred bonus payment process including verification of payments being processed.Partnering with accounting on compensation accruals, forecasting expenses, and related reconciliations.Coordinating with external auditors as needed.Requirements :
BA or BS in accounting or finance.4-10 plus years in accounting, finance, or consulting, ideally with compensation exposure in financial services.Finance and FP&A experience desirable.Hands‑on experience with HR systems and querying and extracting data preferred.Familiarity with McLagan surveys preferred.Excel power user with the ability to transform data and ad hoc models into key actionable insights.
