Hiring for material handlers. We have day shift positions for material handlers, with opportunity for overtime. This is a great opportunity for an individual contributor to get hands-on experience learning the streamline processes of handling materials and equipment. Here's what a day in the life of a Material Handler looks raw materials and parts by using heavy and light machinery and handheld equipment. Work with SAP and other basic computer applications to document, maintain and enhance workflows. Perform work in IGT's warehouses, production floors, and glass and silkscreen shop and / or parts distribution center.

Handle materials in one of the following areas receiving, shipping, production support, or Raw and Finished Glass inventory restocking and Casino Services activities. Support production lines and put away incoming freight. Maintain stock in work areas and ensure inventory accuracy.

Schedules :

Material Handler - Schedule is 6am - 2 : 30pm Mon-Fri, with lots of Overtime they are working 6am - 4 : 30 and Saturdays About the position :

  • Pay Rate $
  • Temp to hire position – 14 weeks to hire
  • Could work in multiple positions in warehouse

Job Duties

  • Picking parts under a tight schedule with accuracy
  • May drive PIT equipment
  • Stand for a full shift

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English required.
  • Must be able to stand for full shift.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Use of computer to read build requirements and close jobs.
  • Interpret and understand manufacturing process instructions to assembly parts
  • Able to pass a Security Background Investigation
  • Able to stand an eight-hour shift
  • Work overtime as needed
  • Able to lift 50 lbs or more
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
