Director of R&D Operations

A company is looking for a Director of R&D Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the operational strategy aligned with the company's multi-product roadmap

Establish R&D operating mechanisms for visibility and accountability, ensuring timely product delivery

Oversee R&D operating budgets and manage headcount planning in collaboration with Finance and HR

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in portfolio management and operational governance in a multi-product company

Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle from concept through launch

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with competing priorities

Financial understanding of resources, capacity, and outsourcing

Experience with CRMs, ERPs, or launching products on Salesforce is a plus
