Position Overview : We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Fundraising and Development Coordinator with a Doctorate degree to lead our fundraising efforts and contribute to the long-term sustainability of IFWF. This volunteer role is vital in expanding our donor base, securing funding for key programs, and ensuring the continued success of our mission.

Responsibilities :

• Fundraising Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with IFWF’s mission and long-term goals.
• Donor Relations : Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing donors, while identifying and engaging potential new donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
• Campaign Management : Design, plan, and execute fundraising campaigns, including annual giving, major gifts, and planned giving initiatives.
• Grant Writing : Research and identify grant opportunities; write and submit compelling grant proposals to secure funding from foundations, government agencies, and other entities.
• Event Planning : Coordinate and oversee fundraising events, both virtual and in-person, to increase awareness and raise funds for IFWF’s programs.
• Reporting and Analysis : Track and report on fundraising performance, analyzing data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Board of Directors, Executive Team, and program staff to align fundraising efforts with organizational needs and priorities.
• Marketing and Outreach : Develop fundraising materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content, to effectively communicate the impact of donor contributions.
• Compliance : Ensure that all fundraising activities comply with ethical standards, legal requirements, and best practices in nonprofit fundraising.
