This position is incentive eligible. This role leads the development and execution of paid media strategies across digital and traditional channels to support enterprise-wide marketing goals, including brand awareness, patient acquisition, and service line growth. The director collaborates across departments, manages external agencies, and ensures campaigns are integrated, data-driven, and performance-optimized.

What you will do in this role:

• Design and execute paid media strategies across search, social, display, programmatic, print, and broadcast.
• Integrate paid media with owned and earned marketing efforts.
• Oversee ad operations, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
• Manage media agencies and vendor relationships.
• Develop and manage media budgets.
• Monitor industry trends and drive innovation.
• Conduct media mix analysis and deliver quarterly business reviews.
• Lead end-to-end campaign management and reporting.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 7+ years in paid media strategy and campaign management.
• Experience in healthcare marketing preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Expertise in data analysis, performance metrics, and executive reporting.
• Proven ability to manage agencies and cross-functional teams.
