Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients fostering strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers through regular communication.
  • Address client inquiries related to administration billing claims and other service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare professional and accurate insurance proposals and summaries for client presentations.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and recommend new lines of coverage tailored to clients specific needs.
  • Oversee and manage the renewal process for assigned clients.
  • Market client accounts prepare marketing materials and present options to clients.
  • Ensure the seamless implementation of policies including the preparation and delivery of required forms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the client management system.
  • Coordinate and lead relationship management meetings with clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends market developments new products and legislative changes relevant to clients needs.
  • Understand underwriting requirements and carrier guidelines to provide accurate information to clients.

    • Qualifications / Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients insurance carriers and team members.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various insurance products and the ability to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
  • Preferred experience with Agency Management Systems particularly Applied EPIC.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant insurance industry experience with a focus on commercial lines account management.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to quickly learn essential software programs.
