What Youll Own

You will lead the full operation of the spa with a sharp focus on sales performance team development and guest experience including :

• Driving revenue through smart marketing sales strategy and conversion
• Analyzing performance and budgets to maximize profitability
• Building and maintaining a high-performing motivated team
• Hiring onboarding training coaching and mentoring staff
• Managing schedules to optimize capacity revenue and labor
• Owning inventory cleanliness and day-to-day operational excellence
• Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Ensuring full compliance with Hand & Stone standards and all regulations
• Creating a culture of accountability positivity and results
