CPA Tax Accountant

A company is looking for a Sr. Tax Accountant (CPA).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage individual, corporate, and partnership tax preparation, including complex and multi-state returns

Provide advanced tax planning, research, and consulting to optimize clients' tax positions

Ensure compliance with US tax laws and review tax returns prepared by junior staff

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or Taxation focus is a plus

CPA license required

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in tax preparation and planning, preferably in Public Accounting

Strong technical knowledge of federal and state taxation; International Tax exposure is a plus

Proficiency with QuickBooks and tax software such as UltraTax or similar
