Assistant Community Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Community Manager to oversee leasing operations at our affordable housing community governed by Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations. Responsible for helping lead the team, ensuring full occupancy, maintaining compliance with LIHTC requirements, and delivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. This role includes marketing efforts, application processing, income verification, renewals, and coordination with property management to maintain accurate records and meet occupancy goals. Ideal candidates have a strong understanding of tax credit housing, Fair Housing laws, and affordable housing compliance.

This role is non-exempt with a pay rate of $25-29 an hour for a new employee depending on a number of relevant factors including individuals’ experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, client/property or company budgetary limitations/guidelines, and other job-related company and market considerations. You may be eligible to receive discretionary and/or performance-based bonuses on a spot or annual basis, which are variable depending on individual merit/performance, budgetary limitations, company performance, and other job-related factors. This non-exempt role will be eligible for overtime for all hours worked in excess of 40 per week. Full-time positions (30+ hours/week) are eligible for 2 weeks paid vacation, 3 weeks sick and related leave, 11 paid holidays, and health & welfare benefits as outlined on the Company’s website.
